Delivery Costs

The delivery fee is based on the distance between Électroménagers à Rabais (Ville Saint-Laurent, Montreal) and your delivery destination (home, office, etc.).

Delivery Time

• If the appliance you purchase is in stock, delivery can usually be arranged the following day.
  
• If the item is not in stock and needs to be ordered, delivery generally takes 3 to 4 business days (in some cases, between 10–20 days depending on availability).
  
• Delivery dates may vary slightly depending on your location, with possible delays of 2 to 3 days.
  

Delivery Process

When you purchase, we will confirm your delivery date. On the scheduled day, our team will call you about one hour before arriving. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address at that time.

Removal of Old Appliances

We can remove your old appliance for $20 per unit. Please inform your Électroménagers à Rabais advisor at the time of purchase so that it can be added to your order.

Appliance Installation

Our delivery team is responsible only for dropping off your appliances (and picking up old ones if needed). They do not handle installation. However, your Électroménagers à Rabais advisor can recommend trusted professionals for installation. Fees for this service are separate and must be arranged directly with the installer.

Store Pickup Option

If you prefer to pick up your appliance yourself, let your advisor know during your purchase. They will explain the procedure, which may vary.
