No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products that have been used or installed.
Returns or exchanges approved by Électroménagers à Rabais for products that are undamaged, opened but unused, will incur a 25% restocking fee, in addition to any applicable shipping charges.
New products can be held in reserve for up to 3 months without storage fees, and “as-is” products for up to 2 months. Beyond these limits, or if the customer cancels, the company reserves the right to cancel the sale and retain 5% of the product’s value per month as a storage fee.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the product dimensions allow for safe delivery and proper fit in the intended space. If not, extra delivery charges may apply.
Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Électroménagers à Rabais assumes no responsibility for damages once “as-is” items have been picked up.
All outstanding balances must be paid in full at least 72 hours before delivery.
If the return is due to an error or responsibility on our part, Électroménagers à Rabais will cover the shipping costs.
