Visit our warehouse in Ville Saint-Laurent (Montreal) to get high-quality new, open-box, and scratch-and-dent appliances at discount prices, delivered quickly to your home.

Delivery Costs

The delivery fee is based on the distance between our warehouse (Ville Saint-Laurent, Montreal) and your delivery destination:

  • Within 30 km: $60 + tax
  • Beyond 30 km: $60 + $2/km + tax

Delivery Time

  • If the appliance you purchase is in stock, delivery can usually be arranged the following day.
  • If the item is not in stock and needs to be ordered, delivery generally takes 3 to 4 business days (in some cases, 10 to 20 days depending on availability).
  • Delivery dates may vary slightly depending on your location, with possible delays of 2 to 3 days.

Delivery Process

Once your purchase is confirmed, we will schedule your delivery date. On the scheduled day, our team will call you approximately one hour before arriving — please ensure someone is available at the delivery address at that time.

Removal of Old Appliances

We can remove your old appliance for $20 per unit. Let your Électroménagers À Rabais advisor know at the time of purchase so it can be added to your order.

Appliance Installation

Our delivery team is responsible only for dropping off your appliances (and picking up old ones if requested). They do not handle installation. Your advisor can recommend trusted professionals for installation — fees for this service are separate and arranged directly with the installer.

Store Pickup Option

Prefer to pick up your appliance yourself? Let your advisor know during your purchase.

  • If the product is in stock, you may collect it the same day.
  • If it must be ordered, pickup will be arranged once it arrives.

We deliver throughout Greater Montreal — including Downtown, Plateau-Mont-Royal, Saint-Laurent, Ahuntsic-Cartierville, LaSalle, Verdun, and more — as well as Laval and the North and South Shores. Upon Delivery

Please inspect your appliance before our delivery team leaves. If you notice any visible damage, note it immediately and report it within 48 hours as outlined in our Refund Policy.
